The omics matrix and integromics.
Omics matrix is a part of Biomatrix.
Omics matrix is composed of X and Y axes. X axis represents the Ome classes. The number of omes can be infinite. There are about 7 major omes in 2006. The Y axis represents the type of information from various omics. There are about 6 types in 2006. This also can be expanded infinitely.
Bioresource and materials are utilized by biotechnology and the resultant data can be organized by the Omics matrix. Inside omics matrix, numerous integration occurs. The whole set of components and and integration programs often called as pipelines can be named as integromics. The integromics finally produces higher dimentional data, information and knowledge.
