Interiome

The complete set of buried or solvent-inaccessible residues of a given proteome.

The complement of an exteriome.

Due to protein folding mechanics and conformational changes (such as during protein-protein interactions), a proteome's interiome and exteriome may at times overlap and dynamically change. 

Not to be confused with endoproteome, which is the complement of the exoproteome.
