Genomics is the scientific study of genomes.

A genome is the holistic set of  genetic entities in a species and life. 

Human genome means Homo sapiens genome. 
Genome includes all kinds of genetic elements such as exon, intron, promoter, intergenic region, and repeats.

The term Genome is an object ome (compared to action ome such as integrome)

Orfome: The ome of ORFs (also written as Orfeome)

Exonome: the whole set of exons.

Intronome: the complete set of introns.
